Purpose:
Maintenance module
Description:
It is intended for operability checking, diagnostics and renewal of standard substitute
elements (SSE) which are constituent parts of radars; digital, digital-to-analogue and
analogue cells; HF units and subunits; printed-circuit boards and secondary power supply
sources.
The following are included to the MTO-36D6 maintenance module:
RМ-1 (workstation No. 1) it is intended for diagnostics and fault detection in the element
(group of elements) of digital and digital-to-analogue SSE based on TTL, SMOS or
mixed TTL-SMOS logics, as well as the SSE which have similar elements with signal levels
from -7 V to +9 V.
RМ-2 (workstation No. 2) – automated measuring/diagnostics complex on base of
personal computer. It is intended for diagnostics and parameters measurement of highfrequency
SSE.
RМ-3 (workstation No. 3) – is a universal workstation. It is intended for faults diagnostic
of cells, assemblies, subunits and units which provides commutation, checking and
control, secondary power supply obtaining, processing and transformation of analogous
signals in radar units and equipment boxes.
RМ-4 (workstation No. 4) – universal repair workstation. It is intended for dismantling
of faulted radio-elements, forming of radio-element leads, soldering of new installed
elements, varnishing.
