Purpose:
Special cellular crypto phone
Description:
The crypto phone, which is a special cellular phone of
GSM–900/1800 standard, provides:
in open operating mode executing of all authorized functions
of GSM standard (voice-message reports, data and
SMS transmission);
in protected operating mode guaranteed cryptographic
protection of voice information, SMS and data transmitting;
subscriber’s principle of encrypt;
algorithm of encrypt is realized according to GOST 28147-
89 in gamming operating mode with synchronize command
and guarantees a block encrypt with 256 bit key
size.
Generation and key information injection are executed by
KSS-K system support complex, which can be located in
central service centre or in the Customer’s office, that will
guarantee to him a full independence of key information
and high level of protection of his communication channels.
Symmetrical operating mode of cryptographic protected
communication session establishing is used. The key
change is carried out every day by automatic way. The asymmetrical operating mode
of cryptographic protected communication session establishing is possible also (by the
customer’s order). In this case the keys in the crypto phone are formed for each communication
session on basis of the Deeffy–Helman algorithm. Reserves of key information
in crypto phone provide its operation without keys renovation during one year.
Possibility to prevent the crypto phone unauthorized using in case of it lose or theft is
provided.
