Purpose:
Radar control post
Description:
It is intended for organization of the Air Defense automated
systems, aviation control, radar remote control,
data recording, staff training.
Main functions:
remote control for 36D6М radar; collection and
processing the data coming from 36D6M and P-18
Radars as a part of the AD radio-engineering unit and
issuing the air situation information to the command
posts over wire and satellite communication channels;
collection the radar data from the remote posts and formation of integrated air situation
picture; fighters’ pilot control; target designation providing to PU12M control posts and
mobile AAMS (as option).
