Purpose:
Upgraded fire-fighting vehicle
Description:
It is intended to extinguish fire of various classes by
means of water, air-mechanical foam, as well as to
transport the fire-brigade and fire-fighting equipment
up to seat of fire, and also the rescue missions fulfillment.
Upgrading of GPM-54 fire-fighting vehicle is carried out
in the following directions:
possibility of fire-fighting pump turning-on without
main engine stop at stop position and while moving is
provided;
new TBS-86 bulldozer equipment in grader position is
installed;
new hydraulic equipment which permits to fulfill the
smooth control of carriage barrel, bulldozer equipment and body lifting mechanism is
installed;
seat for the third crew’s member is installed.
