Description:
An-124-100 aircraft is designed to transport various cargoes up to 120 tones, and An-124-100M-150 – up to 150 tones. TECHNICAL FEATURES The aircraft has two-deck fuselage. The upper deck accomodates the crew cabin, relief crew cabin and cabin for cargo accompanying persons. Lower deck is a pressurized cargo cabin. Design and dimensions of front and rear cargo doors of the aircraft provide quick and easy loading/unloading. Loading/unloading works are carried out by an on-board materials handling equipment, without ground-based aids' use. A multi-pole high cross-country capability landing gear as well as two APUs and mechanization of loading process allows the autonomous operation of the aircraft at poorly equipped aerodromes. Redundancy of the systems and their computerization provide simple, reliable and safe of operation of the aircraft.
