Purpose:
Build-in interrogating radar of Мk ХА (Мk ХII) and RBS system
Description:
It is intended for fulfillment of the following tasks: general identification of air objects
equipped with radar transponders; individual identification of air objects equipped with
transponders; cryptographically secure identification of air objects equipped with transponders
and cryptographic computers; determination of identification code of air vehicle
for air traffic control goals; determination of air vehicle azimuth; slant range to air vehicle;
barometric altitude of air vehicle; SPI pulse reception indication; emergency codes of
civil aircraft; crash indications for military aircraft.
The 69L01 interrogator meets the requirements of NATO standards (STANAG 4193) and
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards.
